What if you get woken up in the middle of the night? Do you remember your dreams then?
Not that I can think of. I know that it means that I sleep well and all, but I just miss so much of the fun this way.
You can have some of mine. Extra strangeness at no extra charge.
Yay, thanks! That's exactly how I imagine dreams should be.
What if you get woken up in the middle of the night? Do you remember your dreams then?
I rarely remember my dreams, but I did last night. I dreamed that I was at the office, and the power went out.
Two minutes later, I woke up. It was 5 a.m., and the power had just gone out. Came back on about 5 minutes before we left for work.
t sends bizarre dreams through internet
I meant to write down my dreams when I woke up in the middle of the night but I fell back asleep. So, sleep good but not really helpful for remembering.
I remember dreams in snippets throughout the day. I think because I often dream about boring things. For example, the other day I walked into my bosses office and saw a fake pink bouquet she has in there. And I remembered that I dreamt about putting it in my house.
I had this whole dream about going back in time, and then only some of us knew we were back in time--at Jamestown, I think?--and then it turned out we weren't back in time, we were just all faking except I hadn't known that, and then I felt stupid, until I reminded myself that it wasn't my fault because I'd joined the dream halfway through the plot.
I think I enjoyed the driving-an-electric-grocery-cart-on-the-freeway dream from two nights ago more.

article about the would-be musician who has a personal crisis when he realizes his "job until his band breaks in" job has become a career. Well, a little, anyway.
Msbelle married the man that was breeding the dogs.
huh, me getting married in other people's dreams, it's something.
Are you sure?
totally sure.
I got BK for lunch (didn;t feel up to it yesterday) AND I got a yoda watch. hee.
I dreamt it was Thanksgiving, only instead of the regular big meal, I'd planned a fancy 7-course thingy and I was getting really pissed off because people kept not following the order of the courses, and just going off into the kitchen to serve themselves.
The last course was (for some reason) supposed to be lamb chops, and when I went into the kitchen to sear them, people had already started eating them, saying "Oh no, I prefer them raw!" This made me REALLY mad, moreso when I looked in the sink and saw that someone had set my cast iron pan to SOAK. I shouted "Okay, what the HELL!" so loud in my sleep that I woke myself and DH up.
Sooper seekrit subconscious meaning = I need to email my mother the T-day menu/shopping list, and I would *really* like my landlord to send over a plumber to fix the sink.
Molly Ivins has written a terrific column on torture and this administration's macho act.
I grew up with all this pathetic Texas tough: Everybody here knows you can't make an omelet without breaking eggs; and this ain't beanbag; and I'll knock your jaw so far back, you'll scratch your throat with your front teeth; and I'm gonna cloud up and rain all over you; and I'm gonna open me a can of whup-ass ...
And that'll show 'em, won't it? Take some miserable human being alone and helpless in a cell, completely under your control, and torture him. Boy, that is some kind of manly, ain't it?
"The CIA is holding an unknown number of prisoners in secret detention centers abroad. In violation of the Geneva Conventions, it has refused to register those detainees with the International Red Cross or to allow visits by its inspectors. Its prisoners have 'disappeared,' like the victims of some dictatorships." -- The Washington Post.
Why did we bother to beat the Soviet Union if we were just going to become it? Shame. Shame. Shame.
OK, am I wrong, or is this completely bitchy?
Each staff is responsible for submitting their timesheets on time, even when there are changes in the schedule. No more calls or emails of reminder will be issued from our office to staff. This means if your timesheets are not submitted for signature on time, you will not be paid for that period. Please go to the [University] website to obtain a timesheet of payroll deadline dates for future reference.
Is it not normal to get a reminder ahead of time when payroll dates are moved?
