Yesterday at 5:15pm, the guy in charge of the other org calls our Education Director (who had already left for the day) and says "I just talked to one of our board members, and I think we may be applying for the same grant, so I'm not sure we can partner with you after all." I'm a little confused about what you're asking. It's a major local grant, so I doubt he'd be confusing it with another proposal.
