I find that it's great for two things. The first place I use it is in the arch of my eyebrow, which gives a light little shimmer up there. The second place I use it is, very lightly, at the inner corner of my eye, which makes my eyes look bigger and more alert.

Yes, that is EXACTLY what everyone needs white highlighter shimmer for. Some days, that trick is the only reason I look awake.
