So he doesn't really think that fags and Spics shouldn't be allowed to have their own celebrations in New York like the St. Patrick's Day Parade, he was just joking. Perhaps, if he and I ever meet, we can share a laugh at his brand of humor. Though I've been told my method of laughing resembles curb-stomping to an unfamiliar observer.
