I'm still trying to write a really short goddamned essay but I just can't not procrastinate.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I like it when people east of me are still procrastinating. I have all the time in the world!

I should also be working on a paper.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I have cleaned the kitchen! Woot!

Still to do: clean the rest of the apartment, go grocery shopping.

(This burst of productivity brought to you by the state of my sister's apartment when I helped her move out yesterday. Nothing like finding a book of checks from a roommate who moved out 3 years ago in the bottom of a drawer to make you wonder when you last cleaned your own place...)

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Yay Jesse! My tasks for the day are to clean the kitchen, do laundry, and make a grocery list for the week so I can go shopping tomorrow. I think I am going to do the dishes before I go back to bed, so at least half a task is done.

I did laundry last night. Exciting. Today I need to get more sharps and insulin and a few groceries. But first I need to shower. I've been lazy since about 11. Time to shower. Really.

Yay Jesse!

Not me, mang. Jessica. I have no yay as of yet.

Here's how you know how bad I am: I bought cat food and half and half at the deli, so as to avoid grocery shopping for another couple of days.

Swouncing

I'll do all your loundry for you, if you plot my graphs for me. I'll even help grocery shopping (the cousin who had me for the weekend said I was very good at that). Any takers?

Oops. Sorry. No fair having Jars, then Jesse, then Jessica post.

(But I think you get a Yay anyway, just because.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am so over Samuel L Jackson. It feels weird.

I have ... well, I've made breakfast for my father, so that's something.

Now I'm off to see how much assisting I'm up to, and how much embarassment I can handle with my father in attendance.

Jesse -- go do some stuff. Jessica, rest.

Good luck ita, and try not to faint, even if they do have padded floors.
