Since we are talking about hair products, does anyone have suggestions for shampoo and conditioner for colored hair?
Neutrogena Triple Moisture. Great stuff, and better than any of the salon stuff I've tried that isn't bumble & Bumble. (I can't justify b&B prices. Even when I'm working.)
Hmm. Perhaps I use too much product.
Nah--I don't use it every single day anymore on account of staying home with the kid.
Thanks all! I will see what I can find on my next grocery store run.
The one caution with the Neutrogena is to use just a little, as a little goes a really, really long way. Even with my hair.
You've got the thicks, too, so start with about half what you think you'll need.
I've been using the Fructisse and I like it.
Annabel's ears are fine, so after lunch I'll be calling the speech pathology lab for an appointment. The audiologist agrees with me that if there's a culprit other than "stubborn perfectionist kid not talking until she's good and ready," it's probably the tongue tie. In which case I want to figure it out and fix it asap. She's definitely been more temperamental and frustrated lately, which I know could just be her age, but could also be having lots to say and lacking the physical capability to articulate it.

I use Paul Mitchell's Color Correct. I think it's pretty good.
yay - good ears!
my home owner warenty - which DH made me renew is makeing this cost 1/3 to 1/4 of what it would have cost.
my cat is being tortured. I am keeping him in the back yard while the water heater man is going in and out of the front door. So this means the door is closed. that's really bad, if you are a cat. how dare I torture him by makeing him stay outside where he can eat grass watch squirrls and chase bugs...
I'm glad to hear that Annabel's ears are good.
My mouth is being tortured. Lillian's new game is Pull the Lips.
This is what I get for playing so much Nibble the Baby Hand. Methinks I should have stuck with toes.
Also, it is torture to be in a house that reeks of gingerbread and know that you can't just eat a slice of it because it's for someone's birthday. Damn, it smells good.
