Tara: Do you have any books on robots? Giles: Oh, yes, dozens. There's a lot of research to be done in order to--no, I'm lying. Haven't got squat. I just like watching Xander squirm.

'Get It Done'

Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Librarian Warlord

I figure it's not really evil to wish that those classmates take their proper place in the scheme of things... behind vw, who should properly be at the head of the class.

Always Anti-fascist!

You know what? They probably did, just because vw cares so much and works so hard. If she didn't get it, maybe they didn't either.

Trust my rage

You all said what I was trying to say so much better.

Oh, and I figured out...if I get an 80 on the final, I should get an 80 in the class. So, that's what I'll shoot for.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

It depends on how the curve goes. So, if lots of people did worse than me, then I'm in good shape!
I hope nobody will think ill of me that I wish your classmates all had more trouble with the exam than you did.
This.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Oh the annoying side. My co-worker is clipping her fingernails and the sound is KILLING me.

I found a green (with sparkles) press-on nail as I was sorting a box of five-year-old claim forms today. I surprised myself with the smoothness I exhibited in dumping it into the trash without having to touch it. Or indeed the instant-off that I used to suppress any rising squick. I moved on.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I was always taught that it was rude to do this in public--you just never know when those clippings are going to fly up and hit someone in the eye. We trim our nails in the bathroom or outside (when possible). I try not to file unless I have a hangnail emergency.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I wonder if my manager would melt if I threw water at her.

Yay, Deena for surviving the upper GI.

My mother kept the Christmas presents in her room. I never looked. We had the opposite problem: she was always giving me presents ahead of time, and I would get mad because I wanted surprises on Christmas morning.

Back~ma to Cindy's Scott.

{{{vw}}} It's just one exam, and you have been under a lot of strain lately.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

sj, insent punkin.

I am tired and queasy. I took a nap this afternoon, but I don't think I'll be suffering from insomnia tonight.
