Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I can honestly say that I've never noticed hand size before at my appointments.

Yeah, I pretty much focus on the fact that even big hands are so much less horribly painful than the speculum.

One of my housemates from college wouldn't have a female OB/GYN because she was more uncomfortable with the idea that the woman might be a lesbian than a male doctor might be a pervert.

Still not as creepy as the girls in my high school who insisted that all female OB/GYNs must by definition be lesbians, because it's totally obvious that you only go into the field to look at goolie all day long. Oddly, they had no objection at all to going to men docs who were presumably in it to get their rocks off.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I was 15 when I had mine.

Only one that I didn't feel.

That doctor was about 97.

Now tagless for your comfort.

That tops my stupid things people think list today.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I've been wondering when I need to take my girls in for their first "female visit"...I seem to recall being told to wait until they are sexually active.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Morning, all. Another snow day here, and that is very happy-making.

Also, I have a schmancy 12/30 wedding to go to. What do you all think of this dress? Do you like it better in black or plum?

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Thanks, but I really prefer a female gyno.

No problem.

Traditionally me too, though.

When I asked my primary who she would recommend she said:

Dr.: Oh, Bill _____. He's the best
Me: Oh, I really think I'd prefer a female
Dr.: Well, he's MY OB/Gyn...

I figured that was very nearly as good.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I like the plum better, Erin.

Because books.

I vote plum, Erin. Such a lovely rich color. Plus, everyone else will be wearing black, I bet.

Pretty dress!
