I know, world in peril and we have to work together. This is my last office romance, I'll tell you that.

Buffy ,'End of Days'

Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Owen's newest word is "occopuss"

Too damn cute. For the longest time CJ pronounced it "Ossopuss". My mom is still mad at us for teaching him how to say it properly.

edited for idiotic typo.

I finally have a hair appointment! Next week, my red hair will be back! I was having the hardest time making an appointment with my weird work schedule, and I didn't want to go anywhere else because my hairdresser charges so little compared with everyone else.

Dead from the cute.

The only way we could get Julia and Chris to take their nebulizer treatments when they were little, was to put Elmo on. It's not dissimilar.

Suzi, no news is good news, baby. If he's there a long time, they're liking him.

The Dream Bathroom that exists in my head has that. Along with a bigBIG tub and heated towel rack

They had a big big tub (separate from the shower/steam room) too. Sadly, the house is in Denver...we'd have to find a space to move it to...

And I figured if I am going to be grabbing people, I ought to start with my Bitches.

Heh. Well, and unlike Buffy, it's easier when there's only a season-and-a-bit to catch up on.

He wants a 6-8 page outline, though, for a 15 page paper

That's CRAZY. I *like* outlines (though not formal ones, just "how the heck am I writing this paper?" ones) and that's insane.

The thought of Meara in a catsuit shifted my Kinsey score...I, uh, think it would be distracting enough...

Ooh, I had no idea I was inspiring people to porny thoughts...

I have the opportunity to apply for a prize to spend a summer at Oxford University

I think that would be much much fun! Best of luck!

With any other baby, I'd say "ewww", but since she's mine, it's cute.

This is how babies trick us into propagating the species, isn't it? t /suspicious non-parent

My enjoyment of the movie and realization that I could get it for free from ManyBooks means I'm finally reading Pride and Prejudice.

Gris! My brother! Er, except I bought the $5 version at Barnes and Noble (which irritated for its footnotes). And I have to say, perhaps I'm a lazy reader these days, but if I hadn't read the movie (OK, I just typed that, and realized that wasn't what I meant, but it amuses me so I'll leave it) I wouldn't have enjoyed the book at all. Normally I'm all about preferring the book, and I feel quite guilty for that not being the case, but...

Yes, at least according to my psychology professor.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I had no idea I was inspiring people to porny thoughts...

Then you're not paying attention, are you?
