Hola, mi bitches!
Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
lilty! where have you been keeping yourself?
I don't even know! It's been too long. How are you, darlin?
Where've you been????
can't complain, especially since now I have my 60 gb IPOD!!!
Well, I guess it's more that I won't complain. at this moment in time. I always could though. At any second.
Nora, I sent you a gmail just nowish.
ETA: My enjoyment of the movie and realization that I could get it for free from ManyBooks means I'm finally reading Pride and Prejudice. I know it's a Bitches fave (I think?) so I figured I should announce that.
I still find Austen's writing style annoyingly stiff much of the time, with irritatingly common journeys into over-descriptiveness. The character development, on the other hand, is too subtle - I can see that it's there, but it's not always easy for me to get, entirely. I think I prefer her stuff in the cinematic medium. Still, I'm overall enjoying it.
What non-copyrighted book should I download for free and read on my PDA next?
Woohoo for new iPod!
So, I took a muscle relaxer for my back. My muscles don't feel relaxed yet, but I AM suddenly sleepy. Poppies...poooopppiies...
This may be favoritist typo evah! Or at least today.
*snerk* It really was a typo, too.
My son Ben has a classmate named Josh. I never quite managed to stop calling him Joss. Fortunately, they were never particularly close, so it wasn't much of an issue. Now Christopher is calling the Josh he knows Joss. I don't think it's my fault, but it cracks me up, just the same.
Gris, back atcha.
Hi, Lilty!!!
I just balanced my checkbook, which I haven't done since the end of August (bad, bad me!). That was not fun.
Now I get to figure out how much money I've put on Emily's credit card and how much I owe her. I'm just full of fun tasks today.
