I'm eating a so-called sandwich from our snack bar. It tastes fine, but was made by a visually impaired person and can only loosely be called a sandwich. I'm not sure that it's because she's visually impaired, but the two pieces of bread are only loosely connected in that they each touch the filling at some point.
