We're in love. We're ... lovers. We're lesbian, gay-type lovers.

Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I typed a big long post earlier today, with relevant comments about things other people said and everything, and then I hit "OK" rather than "Post message" and went to the beginning of the thread. So I bowed to my subconcious compulsion not to post right then, and since then I keep forgetting to say: we found a place to live. Benicia, baby. I think we are going to start moving our stuff in on December 5, and fully take up residence around the 17th (when we get back from New York). Yay.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Congratulations, T!!!!!!!!!!

Just let me know when you're ready to roll on your shower. Woo Hoo!

And I haven't written back about your visit! D'oh! I will tomorrow.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oh -t, that is wonderful news! So happy for you both.

Thanks, y'all. My parents have been great, but it will really be good to have my own place again.

I think we will hire people to move our stuff for us, again. There are stairs from the street down to the house, and carrying furniture down that seems like a job for professionals. And since it's just a matter of picking up the already packed stuff out of storage, driving it across a bridge, and unloading it, it shouldn't be too expensive. Besides, I'm still telling myself that FEMA will reimburse us for moving expenses, so it's not like spending real money. And even if it is, surely it will be tax-deductible.

Ugh. My contacts have decided in no uncertain terms that they have been in my eyes for quite long enough. 'Night, Bitches. Snot monsters begone.

(eta: what I meant to say when I started posting - I'm gonna try to have a housewarming in January, schedule permitting)

Thanks, Cass! I'll check out the Whole Paycheck tomorrow. Both my daughter and I could use the benefit of the stuff right now. Ugh.
