Spike? It's you. It's really you! My therapist thought I was holding on to false hope, but…I knew you'd come back. You're like…you're like Gandalf the White, resurrected from the pit of the Balrog, more beautiful than ever. Oh…he's alive Frodo. He's alive.

Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Fuuny or lame?

Was the vacuum bag full at the time? Also, does the dog end up wearing the tiara at a cutely off-kilter angle?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Bag full, dog ends up with tiara on his butt.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

With YOUR dog Aimee?

Always funny.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

What about pratfalls? What's the verdict on them? Funny, or just lame?

Depends -- is it happening to me, or to someone eles?

move out and draw fire

The "boys will be boys" line is something of a jaw-dropper. I guess the principal will be okay with it when Sparky's nephew or another boy takes a tw-by-four or worse weapon upside the bully's head?

And, as a veteran of innumerable girlfights in junior high, I deplore the gender-biased double standard.

(That was humor, in case our definition needed another data point. Maybe not good humor, but then that's ice cream.)

Snerk.

Humor shouldn't have to be good to be taken un-seriously.

Ice cream, however, very serious at all times.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Season 2. Principal Snyder. I was mainly thinking about bad principals saying outrageous things.

Why do you hate America, Ginger?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'm saying funny, but that's mostly because I have faith in Aimee's comic timing.

Wow, Hec. I'm not sure if I could pull some of those off....but I think I'm getting a better idea of what I want.

I can't help it if you remind me of cinematic love goddesses.
