I miss the old Alka Seltzer cold fizzes that could really take care of sinus issues. I mean, sure, they had some ingredient in them that could maybe kill you but damn did it work.
So, I woke up (at 2:30am) to a very sweet note from Not!Emily apologizing for interrupting Gilmore Girls with his loud friends. Awwww...He totally didn't. I just decided to go to bed.
Am awake again. Head still hurts. Temperature is 100.8. Am so tired of this. Snot monster has also taken up residence.
Poor MG. I can relate, though. It's no fun.

Ugh. I have to go to the grocery store and get the stuff that I was planning on assigning to other people, but I haven't heard from them to be sure they're bringing stuff, and I don't want to be without all the things on the list. And I'm looking forward to the brined turkey y'all have raved about. This will be the first time in 20 years I've eaten turkey. I always cook it, but I didn't eat meat for all those years.

I am whipping through stuff this morning. I hope that the energy and motivation lasts. I've got LOTS to do today.
