Sir? I'd like you to take the helm, please. I need this man to tear all my clothes off.

Bastet makes it difficult to study

Bless. I used to blame my dog-who-thinks-she's-a-cat for not letting me study by doing this. Turns out I don't study anyway.

Bwah! I think that's really my problem :)

I should be studying/writing an essay now. Instead, I'm here, doing this, and writing a to-do list that will probably never see the light of day again. On the other hand, I just got a letter telling me my uni owes me fifty quid, so hooray!

I have decided not to go to my first class today, in order to have more study time. Thankfully, I have pulled out some books from under the cat (which actually made her move anyway), and am getting to work.

and am getting to work.

You are a far better person than I.

One of my favorite Christmas CDs is missing. Bummer.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I hope it turns up, vw.

ION, I am debating whether or not to go into work today. I was not feeling well all weekend (mild fever, dizzy spells due to low blood pressure), and I'm feeling like a day of bedrest would do me some good. OTOH, since I'm still a temp, I don't get sick leave. Plus, I'm probably well enough to drag myself in.

I'll probably wind up going in.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

How do you destatic a cat? I think she's going to start becoming annoyed the the touching her nose method.

How do you destatic a cat?

Try stroking her once or twice with a (slightly) damp paper towel.
