Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Hmm. Try [link] maybe...

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Oh, dear. Unless she looks like a little blue box with a question mark inside, the link isn't working.

But it's a very cute little blue box with a question mark inside...

All is well that ends in pizza.

This week's stolen gnome story:

[link]

Constable Mark Kirby says a number of the gnomes have been returned to their owner, who reported them stolen yesterday.

He says nine remain at the station, waiting to be claimed.

"They are all happy, I have given them a cup of tea and they are minding their business at the moment," he said.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Anne!

I found your tag while reading the OH in the O archives last week and it made me think of you. How are you doing?

(and now I have to run, but I will be back on tomorrow, feel bad for inquiring and running away)

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Very cute Gershwin Girl!

Fairly well. It's taking a lot longer to settle in here than I thought. I have finally landed a temp-to-maybe-perm job that I really, really like. Plus there's all the new house stuff to deal with. Ergo, my meatspace social life has been on hold simply because I don't have the time and mental/physical energy to have one. I can't say that I mind all that much, though. My hermitude feels both temporary and deliberate.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Here is a candid shot of Gershwin Girl that she has no idea I took.

Awww, what a beauty, Gris. She's worthy of her name.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Dammit, I have a mouse.

A cute little gray mouse about the size of my thumb.

I keep telling Dallas to go scare it so it will go away.
