The only thing I can think of is to look at some of the pirate hats that costume stores sell. I know I've seen smaller-scaled tricorns among those.

Betsy, there are some folks at Dickens Fair who sell tricorn hat forms (workshops are going on now and I could easily track down a good number of people who are workshopping and ask one of 'em to find out the cost). How small do you want? These aren't tiny like the tiny top hat, but they're at least smaller than full military tricorns.
Also, ((((())))) on the meds. Been there, done that, couldn't bear to take the t-shirt because it made me cry too hard.
