'Day' is a vestigial mode of time measurement based on solar cycles. It's not applicable. I didn't get you anything.

Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Because books.

We are back from the pediatrician. They looked at Ellie and saw nothing wrong. I think they had no idea what was causing the problem, but they weren't worried.

Is she too old for it to be that thing that happens with newborn girls, sometimes? Where there are streaks of blood due to Mom's hormones, or something?

Also, birthday surgery sounds like a big un-fun to me, Jilli. I hope it goes well, and quickly, and painlessly, and not just because you're having it on your birthday.

That's good, Stephanie!

I must have been skimming again. How'd I miss this Jilli having surgery thing? Much luck, Jilli.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Yay!!!!

Good. (Good? It sounds like that would be good, if perplexing, news.)

Pete is somewhat-quietly freaking out, because I'll be going under general anathesia. I keep telling him it will be fine, but he's twitchy.

The only bonus to having this happen on my birthday (besides the fact that I will still have insurance then) is that my birthday present to myself is very lessened or no more menstrual cramps, forever and ever.

Me too! Health~ma and luck to Jilli!

No, it's definitely something in her intestinal tract/colon. BTW, I am so glad people told me about that blood thing though before she was born or it would have freaked me out.

I am vw.

I first read that as, "I am, vw." And I thought, ChiKat is too? This is a nasty bunch of birthdays!

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Pete is somewhat-quietly freaking out, because I'll be going under general anathesia. I keep telling him it will be fine, but he's twitchy.

Tell him that I went under general a little less than a year ago, and even with my massive allergy to general, they made me a cocktail that knocked me out cleanly and woke me right back up without any problems. It'll be fine.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

BTW, I am so glad people told me about that blood thing though before she was born or it would have freaked me out.

No one told us and Joe was the one that found it.

We had a house full of people and it freaked him out.
