Giles: Stop that, you two. Riley: He started it... Xander: He called me a bad name! I think it was bad; it might have been Latin.

'Selfless'

Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I think I'll stick with my case study. I have it outlined, just have to write the stupid thing.

WingSparrow - hopefully the dude will buy a clue soon.

Always Anti-fascist!

Feeling very connected to the American workforce today as I must spend today on a project about which I don't give two shits. I have to interview the woman who interviewed me. I like her...she's interesting and easily the most accomodating interview source I've ever had, but still, I think about doing it, and I'm filled with "Eh." Well, I'll do a halfassed job...it's the American way, after all.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

(I knew about the Neil Diamond fencing connection. But then, I also knew about the dude from Iron Maiden fencing connection. We are everywhere.)

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

There should be a rock opera. With fencing.

Um, with '70s rock stars. Probably filmed in the '70s, so they'd still be young and stuff.

move out and draw fire

There are not very many people on the planet who wield a foil so well they get to college on a fencing scholarship: Neil Diamond is one of them.

eyebrows still around hairline.

I'm going to do a little more cookbook-taunting. I was out of ideas for dinner, so I made something from the cookbook, and it is teh yum!

Our wings are not tired.

Yay for cookbooks!

I have to mention the Neil Diamond thing to my sister. She has big Neil love. Don't get it myself, but the swashbuckling helps.

{{Juliana}} My love, you have never offended. What a year is has been for you. I know when you look back a year from now you will be more than pleased with the life progress you have made. (and oh my do I remember howworried we all were about you a year ago!)

I'm sorry, J, but I have to say it -- Laura is wrongity wrong like a wrong thing. Your one great offense is being too far away to hug in person, and about to get even further.

(And more seriously, all the very best to you. I think you're right to see this as your new year, and I wish you as much progress toward the good in the next one, as you've made away from the bad in this one.)
