I am envious of the fun-having in San Francisco. I'm less envious than I would have been if I hadn't seen Maria, Hil, DebetEsse, Vortex and Toddson in D.C.
I woke up at 5 this morning having had a hugely elaborate dream about being caught by a terrorist nuclear bomb while I was driving home from somewhere. It went on and on and there was every disaster film cliche in there except for zombies. I finally got back to sleep and slept much later than I meant to. I mention this only because I kept desperately trying to get internet access to log on to Buffistas so I could tell people where I was and find out what was really going on.
