I am trying very very hard to be quiet.
Kittenish is in the closet, more accurately at the top of the closet. Occasionally wandering along the hangers but then jumping to the top shelves.
Puppycat is fascinated. The look is somewhere between "chirp (want to pounce)," "moooooom, she's somewhere baaaaaad," and "can I do that?"
Anytime I move a twitch or make noise, they both turn. I am stifling laughter and dying that I can't come up with better ways to describe this because it is hilarious.
Also explains cat hair on clothes I know I just washed.
{{Juliana}} How I wish I could tell you there was a shortcut through this painful transition. I can promise that you will get to a better place. I hope you had a good visit with your friend and that you have a peaceful sleep. You did just get through today and you will get through tomorrow too. Soon you will not be getting through your days but actually looking forward to your days.
My sister tried on my corset. It's too big for her, as well, but, in her words, "I want a corset, now!"

so I have a 4 day weekend. I only have plans for Saturday night. I am planning on keeping it low key. My asthma has been iffy. I seem to need more sleep. I need to eat better. I want to do only things that are positive for me . It is going to be an interesting experiment in seeing how to make sure that going with the flow is positive.

get good sleep.
eat some greens.
eat more balanced. any drinking - moderate.
Clean the bedroom so it looks like grown ups inhabit it - not the salvation army. ( this is the one room that rarely gets cleaned in any meaning ful way)
keep my Saturday plans.
go for a walk with the DH and maybe a drive.

Cat show is over. I can't help but be a little disappointed since it was so funny to watch.
Is it a double sink? If so, the problem can be that the second sink acts as a relief valve. Double plungers or having someone hold the stopper in the second drain may help.

I won't say more cause my experiences are not comparable. The last time I was dumped, my then girlfriend went back to her old boyfriend - who finally finished his prison sentence for killing a man with his bare hands. Normally I don't mention this - but sometimes when you are going through a dark time, someone else's really absurd experience can lighten a moment.
