No, but I do have an offer of a carriage house or a third floor bedroom and bathroom (in the house that owns the carriage house) if I need it. I may take her up on it - she's not very far away. One with room service and a bathtub, so you can just hole up and have some space that's just yours?This massively saved me one night when I just couldn't deal with coming home to a husband who'd announced he was leaving. It really just saved me even if I couldn't really technically afford it.

Do whatever you can to break up the stuck-at-home-with-pain part of this. Go stay with friends. Get some exercise. Go see a movie. Go to a bar. Keep moving. A lot of what gets you through this part is what I call the Zombie Shuffle. You just keep moving forward any way that you can.

And it is just good to know you have a place to escape to, even if you don't use it.
