Has anybody seen my motivation? I really need to do laundry, since I'm wearing mismatched socks, but I seem to be stuck in my comfy chair.
Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Think I was going to say something. Don't know what. Must do work, but... tiiiiireeeed.
Chikat, I'd try to make it to half of the class. And who knows, if you make it through half, maybe you can end up doing the whole thing?
Sail, it ran away with mine. They're having drinks in the Virgin Islands.
Damn, why do they get the Virgin Islands and we get the not-so-balmy northern climes? Not fair! So, does that mean I should send the laundry out, too?
Think I was going to say something. Don't know what.
You were going to say what a wonderful roommate you have.
I voted! I wasn't sure we were going to make it to the polls, but we did, so yay. One of the ballot initiatives was to continue to fund Aidan's program, so that was a no-brainer. Then there was one to continue to fund the junior college, also not hard. The rest were a little more confusing, but I did my best.
Cooking rice. There are bugs in it. Gross.
Was the rice in a tube?
Was the rice in a tube?
Nope. It was the nice, expensive Uncle Ben's kind. If only...
Was it in a sealed container, vw? I'd complain to the company, if so.
I decided to yank my motivation back by the short hairs. No fair, it having more fun than I am. IOW, that means I've actually sorted clothes and am on the way out to start some loads of laundry. If I don't do it now, it won't get done before Bones and House and then won't get done, after. I blame this on the cat. If he'd just stayed curled up by my side in the chair, I never would have got out to start sorting.
Has anybody seen my motivation?
I think mine is hanging out with Sail's and vw's. It's funny. I got a work-related compliment, and my only thoughts were: have you seen my office? the piles of work that I have not yet done? how those piles are growing daily? Still, compliments are nice.
All this talk of voting makes me feel like a slacker. But we have no elections here today, so it's not my fault!
