Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I would not make an entire pie with dried cherries. You paid a premium to buy the dried product

I am the originator of the dried cherry question, and I'm wondering if the suggestion not to use solely dried cherries is a cost issue. My housemate doesn't remember how he got them and in fact forgot they were there.

Up with the sun

Good thoughts and vibes for Emily's stepdad.

I can't see any reason why that God would be micromanagery and petty over who we have sex with and what we do on Sunday. Which, obviously, is fine with me.

I don't think He would be, either. I mean, there is the teensy tiny chance He does care, for reasons unknowable to us, but I think most Earth religions are people trying to make a God we can't comprehend understandable.

And last night I dreamed something about an online roleplaying game I'm participating in, and I still thought the events of the dream were going on when I woke up. It was a confusing few seconds.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I'm wondering if the suggestion not to use solely dried cherries is a cost issue.

For me, I'd be concerned about the dried cherries overpowering everything else, as I've found dried cherries to be more cherry-licious. If that makes sense. Like using dried vs. fresh herbs ("because there's a fucking 'H' in it.")

I use them in cookies or on oatmeal and stuff. Oh - once I put them in banana bread. That was yummy. Think of them as souped-up raisins.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Anyone want a dog?

To add to the two intelligence-challenged ones I already have, on top of the evil kitty. Nope, probably not a good idea.

move out and draw fire

Dried cherries are good in salads, with nuts and gorgonzola.

Annoyance: internet site shopping carts that purge while I'm taking care of the baby, requiring me to find everything again.
