Book: Yes, I'd forgotten you're moonlighting as a criminal mastermind now. Got your next heist planned? Simon: No. But I'm thinking about growing a big black mustache. I'm a traditionalist.

'War Stories'

Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Sanity-ma for Ginger. Travelling with my mother and my sister...*shudder*

Travelling with erika, however, sounds much more exciting.

Take it easy today, vw.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I'd much prefer the trip with Erika. We could snark at public officials.

Always Anti-fascist!

wrod. No, Cash, the riders of the Green Line got a father/daughter Dr. Phil, without Dr. Phil...it wasn't working for us. We probably are urban legends by now.

move out and draw fire

tiny irascible moronic bundles of adorableness. EN MASSE!!!

And here I thought that was the Buffista babies.

God that trip sounds wonderful. I'm totally jealous, in a totally happy-for-you way.

Raq, I think it was a little before your time, and it wasn't that good, but there was a movie: Hawmps!. It was like "F Troop," with camels added. Had Slim Pickens, Denver Pyle, and Jack Elam, among others.

A bit, but mostly it falls into the category of movies I would've ignored while channel surfing, and thus missed out on edjumacating myself.

don't get in a screaming fight on the Metro, like me, last time I was there.

This sounds like a good story.

In Mallory news, the second tooth has broken the surface. Still no fussiness. He's also better about the separation anxiety, not going all Nagasaki on the babysitter. And he's started crawling FORWARD.

But it looks like we aren't going back to the States for R&R after all. So. Anyone know where I can get a nice Christmas stocking for the little boy? (Not for the first time do I wish Michael's had an online store).

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

brenda,

he couldn't spend $20 and break up with her via the phone? Man. This is something out of a bad movie.

Mostly lurking...

I love Pottery Barn's Christmas stockings, but they may be a bit fancier than you're looking for.

On eternal hold with the doctor's office. Joy of joys.

FAUNAPALOOZA!!

This sounds fabulous! I am incredibly jealous.

irascible moronic bundles of adorableness

Someday a fella will refer to me this way, and I'll know it's true lurve.

Brenda, I'm sorry your sister's bf turned out to be an asshat.

I make up songs all day long. Now I hear my daughter doing it too.

And thus another filker is born. Or possibly the next Sondheim.

Ok...doctor's appointment at 2:15. Sometimes having a resident with very few patients is a good thing. Should still be able to make it to third class after appointment. Yay!

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I'm glad you'll get to see the doctor, vw, but I'm sorry that you need to.

Well, my daughter maybe one day, but my songs are more like the one Willow mentioned in OMWF, where the second verse was about the couscous.
