Huh. Okay, so it's just in my brain, except that I could swear I've heard someone who wasn't me use it in a non-angry, just way-flipped-out-excited way. Except that I couldn't have. So, my very bad. Now I have to worry that I've offended somebody all the times I've used it wrong.
Kara is the sparkliest. All other sparklies can just STEP OFF.
put a tape stripe down you body and call your self a road
That's one heck of a big wand Kara has!
I am trying to figure out what to call myself. I am leaning towards "guy who can pull off wearing all black"
Tell people you're Night.
hahaha. beth, that is SO TOTALLY the costume.
Thank you all other participants for your suggestions. Burglar was tempting, as the material of all of my outer clothing is soft and buglarish. But come on - a road.
That sounds killer, Plei.
Dang, Deena, Kara is so... cute isn't the word... she looks so... worldly! Like she knows so much already. Also? Like she should not be trusted with a magic wand.

Apeshit? Oh yeah, "apeshit" definitely can be used to just mean wildly excited. I've heard it used that way.

No, I'm pretty sure I've heard it that way, too.
I was a road one year - add a few road signs some are just better if you are female
I am trying to figure out what to call myself.
Licorice?
I love Annabel flying her Teddygrams and sparkling Kara.
I never get trick-or-treaters, but I always have candy in hopes that I'll get some. It's a good thing. A tiny pirate just came to my door.
She and her daddy went out and bought the dowel while I was planning the wand, and by the time they came back, he'd shown her how to wave it and what to say, so there was no cutting it down to size. It's a staff almost as big as she is. I have a couple more pictures of her with her classmates, but feel funny posting their pictures on the web. Some moms didn't have cameras, so I took some of everyone.
Aidan is a screaming freak tonight, so I don't know if I'll get one of him, but I figured I'd take a picture or two of both of them, if I can, when they come back. Kara was in too big a hurry to get Out There to stop for pictures. Now that I think about it, this is about the only thing that would be too important to stop for pictures.
