Gas here - the lowest I've seen is 2.72. the highest I paid was 3.10 and honestly, I swear it was only there for a day or two.

Kinda. I should be okay trying the heat/stretch/relax thing. At least until I start climbing around and hefting heavy ladders again. Which would be Tuesday. Tomorrow and Monday are all about the sit & type kind of work.
