Yay!

You know, I've been up for two hours. You would think it would have occured to me to turn the heat up instead of sitting here and being cold.
I'm going to blame it on the grogginess.
The bruise I had that itched was infected. It was also tautly shiny and hot, so I wouldn't worry if yours only itches.
The only time I've been to parties where there's a charge at the door was (1) college, to cover the cost of the keg[s], and (2) charity fundraisers, but the invitations for those say it right up front. Weird.
GodDAMN it. I think I fainted.
Have I mentioned recently, hating my body?
WTF, ita! Do you need some assistance or something? I could come over.
My experience of fainting is that you usually know it. (I have this charming thing where I get hot and dizzy, followed by my vision closing down like a television screen as it's being turned off. And then, on the floor! Luckily, I have not done this recently.)
Abducted by aliens, that's a little more ambiguous. Blow-darted by secret operatives determined to recruit you into their nefarious army, harder to say.
Have you had breakfast?
Nah, but thanks, Lori. I'm mostly fine now. I'm just waiting to see if the pain in the back of my head and the back of my shoulder is because I hit them as I fell, or just muscular tightness.
I cancelled my personal training session, and I'm going to go lie down now. On purpose.
As opposed to heading to the kitchen, things becoming grey, and waking up (I mean, there was coming out of dream state and everything) on the floor.
Last time this happened it was after a marathon migraine session, I do recall. At least I already have a neurologist's appointment set up.
Stoopid, stoopid body.
Or maybe it's an averages things. When it is good, it's very very good, but when it is bad it is horrid.
My experience of fainting is that you usually know it.
Not according to my last doctor's visit for fainting. It's not fainting if you don't lose consciousness. It's just falling down. You can get positional ... somethingorother that makes you dizzy and your vision go blank, you fall, but not faint. It's very hard for you yourself to tell if you've lost consciousness. I do think the movie I'd been watching had moved on quite a bit, but that could have been dozing, not out like a light stuff.
I have eaten some, and was going to get more. I should do that before I lie down again, huh?
Are we going to have to install padded floors for you? Go eat, then go lie down.
