msbelle, just got your second e-mail, and backsent.
Frapper knew the name of the town where I live. I was sure it wouldn't - it's small, even maps in Israel sometimes don't mention it - but it did. However, it didn't have any proper zoom there, and neither does Google - probably for security and defense reasons, one can't really do the cool zooms on Israel.
[Edit: 9=3² and 8=2³. Is looking into the math like zooming into the numbers?]
But I am unsure, because what if it turns out like the tragic eggroll incident on Monday?
there are few things more disappointing than a crappy eggroll. Cause they can be sooooo good. and sooooo bad.

No, see, my eggroll was
missing.
Alas, poor eggroll, I hardly knew if ye tasted good.

Wasn't the "tragic eggroll incident" that the eggroll was missing completely?
eta: Yes, I risked an x-post, because it's that important that we understand the tragic eggroll incident, in order for us to be able to prevent it in the future - if not for us, then our children.

Well, for some of us, there's the whole tragic missing children thing.
Not that there were children that disappeared. Just that there aren't children.
I went back to sleep for a couple hours. I feel -- not great, but less miserable. Still like an awful employee, but I don't expect that to ease up today. I did dream, quite vividly, about eating a raspberry-laced brownie, and then rewinding time and eating an oatmeal cookie instead.
Which reminds me (dream segue) for people watching Nip/Tuck, what are your
Carver
hypotheses?
I think that
it's the new doctor,
although I could be persuaded, if the writers do some more work
to the anaestheologist.
My little pin, while centered on my zip code, is actually remarkably close to my house. Amych's is pretty off, though. I guess if we lived in the same zip code it would look like we were roommates!

Thankfully I don't regard their lack as much of a tragedy.

Now that you mention it, if I had one (or more) right now, I would be giving them away.
Ugh. I have to make a work call.

Pretty sure it would be more tragic if I actually had children, and certainly more traumatic for them to have me as a mother.
Training is due Wednesday. This Wednesday. A week from yesterday Wednesday. And yet they're still changing the screens on me.
