Now, the Avian Flu is on the horizon. And we aren't done with the hurricane season.

For example, did you know that Miers was involved in one single selection for the federal judiciary? All the jduges she is credited with finding and vetting were submitted in the previous administration and merely re-submitted under her. Kinda explains why she thought this might have been a good idea.
