Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Although the Navy has dealth with pirates before - sometime in the early 1800s when they fought the Barbary pirates. (That's where the line "to the shores of Tripoli" comes from in that Marine Corps song. So I guess the Marines have dealt with pirates too.)
