I have the new CI so I have a pretty good guess which cookies ita is baking. I think she should bring some to my house to help me get through grading. (The recipe I want to try from that issue is the roasted green beans.)

A touch too sweet, but nicely chocolatey. Less moist than I'd like, but all cookies that aren't oatmeal cookies, pretty much, are less moist than I'd like. So I expected that. They will work well with tea.
