I did that once. It was on a holiday, so the rental office was closed. So I had to call a locksmith so I could get back in.
At least my bosses reimbursed me for the locksmith....

Unlike Wolfram, I have words, but (a) none of them are remotely polite, and (b) it seems painfully clear that they'd be a waste of time. Though that rant pokes me in hard in one of my secret insecurity painful places, the fear that all my atheist and agnostic friends are just being polite and secretly they think I'm a dipshit and an intellectual fraud. Which I know is most likely not so, but guys like that ranter make me paranoid that it actually is.
ION, GWB really is quite the petulant second-grader at heart, isn't he? I still have the Susskind NYT Magazine dissection of him from right before the last election (I keep it to re-read when I need an extra dose of bitter), so I can store the current New Yorker right alongside it on the Shelf of Bile.
