this weekend:

tommorrow is work and dinner with friends

sunday , no real plans, but a friend is haveing a craft day for halloween where you can make something to honor someone that has died.

and today I am off - so it counts. I am cooking a curried pot roast ( don't ask me - it just looks like a different flavor than regular pot roast) I was planning on cleaning, but mostly I've watched tv and played on the internt.

BTW, you can't get the flu from the flu shot. many people get sick after the flu shot , but that is becasue they got other germs that coincedently manifest just after the flu. and we know Perkins wasn't feeling well before she got her shot. She said so.

I'm now feeling slightly guilty, as if possibly I'm bogarting someone else's Friday-ma.

You're not bogarting mine, that's for sure. I had a really good phone call with an HR lady from a Very Cool Company (who doesn't have any positions open that would suit me right now, true, but is very interested in having me interview when they do), and I'm wearing a jacket that previously only fit me if I was corseted. Plus, I'm going to see Bauhaus tonight, so I get to dress up even MORE and see one of the One True Goth Bands.

I feel like crap, too, and I haven't gotten any shots.

Mind you I did get blood drawn twice this week, and have been off my meds since Sunday. So it's possible that that might be why.

Fashion plans include the perfect batwing-point hem jacket w/ the keyhole neckline, a very fetching black cocktail hat that is covered in red beads and tulle, and either a giant red taffetta ball skirt or the multi-tiered ball skirt made from black sparkly bat chiffon. And possibly delicate swirly eyeliner.

They just found bird flu in a parrot in the UK. This is not good.

I wish I loved as much of my clothes as Jilli does of hers. But I'm simply too lazy. I do like them a fair amount, and am winnowing to achieve a higher %age, though.
