I heard some crazy-ass Gulf stories last night from this ACLU guy -- the least of it is that there isn't any court open in NO to even file anything. They filed a motion to open the court, but it got denied.
Not to even get into the fucked up shit around people from the Orleans Jail.

I ate so much I couldn't actually post any more about it. But now I've kind of digested it-- or my stomach has expanded to fit all that fucking bread pudding-- and I can report that heating it up did indeed make it better, though I liked the unconventional flavor of it cold. I didn't see David's rum post until it was too late, though I don't actually have any rum.
