Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
I just finished doing the payroll for our company by myself for the first time. It was hard, and yet I did it, because I RULE. I also leveraged it to tell my boss I needed my own office ASAP (instead of six months from now, which was the plan), since I have too much confidential data out in the open.
