We are! I just came from the physical therapist. And I have to ice where he worked. Which is my lower back and all down the right leg. I can't just stick the floppy ice pack in my waistband like normal -- not least of all because I forgot to put the floppy ice pack back into the freezer.

The others aren't quite as pliant. Maybe I should just get out the ACE bandages and heat up something to eat.

ita, Kat is possibly over on your side of town, but I'm not sure when she's done with her planning meeting. Me, I'm watching the baseball game even though I actually don't care much about these two teams. I should really be doing the dishes, however.
