"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I clicked the link that Jesse posted and I was all, wait, that's not ita. Her arms are too scrawny.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

When you look at it right, yes. But when it's out of the corner of your eye? It's her.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The Yankees lost last night. That means I can watch House tonight, right?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Kinda like when ita insisted I was at that event with James Marsters, even though it was a short girl with an ugly purse. t /dead horse

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I still feel a little betrayed over that one. Like when you dream something wrong happened, and you can't shake the residual emotions.

String cheese and water is not lunch, young lady.

Yes it is! OK, I go through a couple liters of water a day anyway. And the cheese is...well, it's lunch/snack/whatever. Sometimes it's been apple and peanut butter, but the cheese is so much more portable.

For the record, dinner was a hunk of steak, broccoli and the last of the mashed potatos.

She had flippy hair and snappy glasses. It was totally alter-Jesse. And now that I've typed that, I wonder if Jessica's eyes will be snagged by it.

There's a vitamin e joke here, but I'm gonna get back to work and not make it.

Always Anti-fascist!

Yeah...not carbon copy of ita, but ita-esque.
