I use wikipedia for pop culture sort of knowledge, stuff that wouldn't be in Britannica and for which a general google gets you too much diffuse or contradictory information.
I also was dying for my work to use a wiki when we implemented a new computer system and were learning how to use it without any training to speak of and nobody had any documentation. I was not listened to, though, and 2 years later we still have no documentation. (We did use a bug issue tracker, which helped some).
I dreamed that my brother (who was 5) had lost his winter coat and I was in Ikea buying him warm clothes but the used shoes they had were $50. Clearly change-of-season (it is finally fall here) does-my-kid-have-fall-clothes anxiety.
Er... somebody asked why IMDB wasn't a wiki, which I hope was in jest, but just in case... IMDB predates wikis by quite a bit.
Still waking up here, not helped by an hour or so of insomnia in the middle of the night....
I need to remember to cancel my subscription to Brittanica Online, which I've been paying for without using in the year since a fact-checking project was finished at work.

Somebody is me (I think -- I never actually asked that), and Brenda's right -- I said coulda.
The web interface to IMDB predates the first wiki by two years. Not *that* long, even in web time.
What online dictionary to people recommend? One of the reasons I keep my Britannica membership around is because Merriam Webster has made some of its words unfree, and the Britannica membership lets me have access.
I use the Dictionary Search extension for Firefox, with Merriam-Webster for back up.
I think this may be the most distrubing article I've seen about the new Supreme Court nominee.

You know, krav wasn't just mentioned on HIMYM, it was a plot point.
Also, look at Princess Aiko all in pink.
Clearly I fail early morning reading comprehension. (Tho' I think there's a viable argument that two Internet years are not unlike Dog years.)
How come I felt so great after yoga yesterday and this morning I feel like I was run over by a bulldozer? Perhaps the real answer is to go to yoga every day....
