I am back home from Minneapolis, which I sadly saw nothing of, except the hotel and the office and a couple of restaurants, but it was a great visit. I am now the Human Resources manager for the whole company (60 employees, yikes!) and my boss is paying for me to go to a program to get my HR certificate. Yay new title and free school!
Also I get to go back to Minn. a few times a year from now on, and it looked like a great place, so I look forward to actually, you know, SEEING it.
Woohoo! Ms. Head of the whole department!
I'm at work. I am also hungover. Does that seem right to you?
Okay, well, the hungover part seems right, but still.
Poor shrift. I hope you had fun getting the hangover, at least.
I got to the party late, so I was taking care of two hyperactive dogs and six drunk people... which didn't suck all that much, actually, because the dogs are ridonkulously cute, and most of the drunk people were family, and thus adorkable.
no shrift seems very very wrong.
I am feeling very nappy, but I have 2 more hours to wait for cable. hrm. perhaps I should start a movie. I am sure he'd get here as soon I got into it a bit. Really i9f I want him to show up I should jump in the shower, that is a surefire way.
It is very wrong, but the break room is full of doughnuts, and I only have to be here for two more hours.
And I have iTunes cranked.
