The friend is a year laid off friend. With more adventure than I have. And a night off from her teenage (pregnant! At 15 !) foster kid.

Friend is a good egg. She fosters teenage girls, but draws the line at raising a baby. But she remains a resource if they choose to have babies, just not in her house. I think it breaks her heart, but she knows she's not the person to raise a baby,. She IS the person to get to a 15 year year old and build her confidence and give her the skills to raise and/or give away a baby.

I just figured that I have almost all my Christmas gifts identified and about 1/3 purchased. This makes me very pleased.

I roll carefully. No bouncing.

Dinner was part of a london broil (whatever that cut is in a skillet) and mashed potatoes. Nice and rare cow. It almost mooed!
