Fred: So you don't worry that it's possible for someone to send out a biological or electronic trigger that effectively overrides your own sense of ideals and values and replaces them with an alternative coercive agenda that reduces you to a mindless meat puppet? Shopkeeper: Wow. People used to think that I was paranoid.

If I only had a brain...

Shit. I just took a migraine drug -- had to, the migraine was oncoming -- and now I have no brain.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I'm listening to Mary J. Blige while cleaning and therefore shaky my booty but the ground is steady, here, Steph.

omigod, maybe the quake was caused by my booty shaking.

What is even happening?

I asked SM's publicist about her client's musculature. She smiled and said "He does yoga." A lot, I'm thinking. Mmm.

Is SM McHottie?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

What did you end up wearing, Allyson?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Is SM McHottie?

No -- Sean Maher.

What is even happening?

What's McHottie's real name, you know, whatever one he mistakenly uses, rather than McHottie?

DB Woodside.

Betsy -- I just took migraine meds myself (fourth time this week, sadly) and I'm not sure if something was wrong with the pill, since it seemed smaller than usual (blister pack you basically have to lick the quick-dissolving pill out of). And I can't find the names of the neurologists my GP recommended.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

It is to whoa. Rafael Palmeiro attempted to throw his teammate Miguel Tejada under the bus. And failed. [link]

Not that it's common (or even possible?) to lace a Vitamin B-12 with stanozolol (a steroid usually injected), but both Tejada and the pills he takes have been cleared. The mess just gets messier and messier, doesn't it?

We're going to an A's game tonight which has fireworks afterwards, and he'll have his name up on the Jumbotron.

Dude! That, plus an iPod thingie, plus a bike? That is some birthday.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I think you need at least 4 booty shakers in a room to cause a quake. FYI.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Dude! That, plus an iPod thingie, plus a bike? That is some birthday.

It's good to be 9. Also fireworks, which is his favorite thing ever.

The actual birthday party is tomorrow.
