Ewww. Charlotte Church had been tarting up for a couple of years now, and is regularly a target of the british tabs. That's just...ewww.
In fact, Nic Cage could have gone by Nic Coppola (his real name), but he indeed did adopt the "Cage" last name because he was a fan of Luke Cage, Hero for Hire -- and also because that way, most fans/casting agents wouldn't immediately associate him with his famous family.
I had heard it he picked Cage from the compser John Cage.
Charlotte Church has undergone quite a change lately. Think of the kid who was closely controlled during childhood and broke out the moment she gained independence.
Either I never had the urge to tart up, or it wasn't age specific. It's a shame it's not an age to maximise the assets of your youthful body.
Much easier on the rest of us.
Think of the kid who was closely controlled during childhood and broke out the moment she gained independence.
Only with a gazillion dollars in her bank account to boot.
And a recording contract.
Her lastest album is called "Tissues and Issues". I don't quite know what to say.
It's like Christina Aguilera, only more so.
Only Christina Aguilera is too skinny....
just kidding....
I am with Jesse in the "it is just the right age to tart up" camp. It somehow doesn't bother me nearly as much as every single girl/woman getting famous and then losing oodles of weight. But this is clearly my issue.
Okay, I need suggestions. I'm going down to stay with my parents this weekend. They'd hoped to be into an apartment by now, but the apartment doesn't have power yet, so I'll probably be staying with them in Baton Rouge. I want to bring a gift of some kind to the couple whose house it is. My first thought was something food-related, but the woman is a cancer survivor and is on a specialized diet. No preservatives, no coffee, no alcohol, etc. So food options are pretty much out.
What else could I bring that would be a gift for both the husband and the wife?
