You know, with the exception of one deadly and unpredictable midget, this girl is the smallest cargo I've ever had to transport. Yet by far the most troublesome. Does that seem right to you?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Poor Rio! Did you get my email?

At least you've got cat-stacking now.

I woke up this morning after sleeping in to find Emmett....sewing.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Hi, Rio!!

I submitted an article for an online magazine today. Hope it doesn't suck.

My Red Sox won last night. Hope they don't suck today.

I am still in my PJs because I was wrestling with the final wording of the article. I meant to go be a virtuous garden girl today --whoops! It is kind of chilly out, and I have to get the bulbs into the garden now now now before it freezes. Then I will have tulips and iris come spring.

What is a continuous passive motion machine? Is it where a large mechanical cat comes and bats you around for hours and hours? I would think that would be kind of -- disruptive. Or did they just stuff you in a dryer and set it on permanent press?

Are you ready to be strong?

I love that, Jesse. Thank you.

Are you ready to be strong?

Those Hunter Tylo pix make baby cry.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

OMG I love Emmett. What was he making?

It's some kind of patchwork, almost cube shaped pillow thing that JZ started him on.

In other Emmett news he's (a) quoting Doc Holiday from Tombstone and (b) he's taken up the trumpet.

Yes, did you get mine?

I did not! And I feel very sad about this. Maybe you should resend to my hecubot at gmail address, so that I can get right on the project.

What is even happening?

They do. She was just so very beautiful. I understand it is wrongfully difficult to get work when you're an actress who might be over even the tender age of 30. But, making yourself butt-ugly surely isn't going to help. And her boobies scare me. Not as much as her lips. Well, yes, maybe as much as her lips.

Are you ready to be strong?

Seriously, whoever invented that lip-plumping technology should be taken out back and shot. It's always so sad-looking.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I know what a "continuous passive motion" machine is and they suck. I only had to use one for two weeks with my knee surgery and I started having elaborate fantasies involving pushing it off a building and beating it with a baseball bat. Sadly, it was rented, and I had enough sense of self preservation not to do that, plus the whole not walking all that well thing. In my case, it was a machine that kept bending and straightening my knee. It was boring, boring, boring, even though I was reading about three books a day.
