'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Hee on the call, but as Fillion strikes me as a stand-up guy with a good sense of humo(u)r, I'm not all that surprised. :-)

And also, laughing quietly on the naughty squirrels. They just look cute & furry....

Ficht nicht mit Der Raketemensch!

I thought HIMYM was crap, I was very disappointed.

My feeling was "Better than Joey, less good than Friends"

Strawberry disappointment.

My feeling was "Better than Joey, less good than Friends"

Never watched Joey so can't comment.

I have a real problem with canned laughter though. If they have to point out where to laugh it's time for a rewrite not a cue for the audience.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

adorable is good. I'll take that one too.

I'm wearing a beautiful flower made from flamingo feathers in my hair today courtesy of ita. But if I get avian flu, you all know who to blame.

I liked Kitchen Confidential well enough, but I have a soft spot for Bradley Cooper. It made me laugh a couple of times.

Okay, the bell just rang. Gotta go be an adolescent wrangler for the next 8 hours. Will I survive or not? I feel like a feline walking into a coyote pack.

I feel like a feline walking into a coyote pack.

Channel my badass cat of my childhood, Sky. He used to beat the shit out of the neighborhood dogs. And yet, they kept coming back for more. Maybe like your adolecents.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

I have a real problem with canned laughter though.

I loathe laugh tracks. I thought the show was funny in spite of it, but it's been so long since I've watched a show that had one that it was very distracting.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I watched Two and Half Men that I had tivoed last night. It has a VERY disturbing laugh track. Between that and the annoying kid (who used to be funny), I couldn't watch the whole thing.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Standing behind Cashmere in the jealous corner, as last night, my most exciting Firefly moment was watching the Can't Stop the Signal ad on TiVo. And of course in it, Joss perpetuates the idea that the fans got the movie made. It made me think of Allyson, and how she's so on board with that idea.

Oh, that reminds me! When I saw the Wallace and Grommit movie on Wednesday, they had a poster up for Serenity. Coming soon, they say. It's very pretty.

I think the coworkers are starting to tire of the random squeals from my corner.

EAT IT! I say.
