Well some friends of Buffy played a funny joke and they took her stuff and now she wants us to help get it back from her friends who sleep all day and have no tans.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

TAR: The Bronxer Mom was really pissing me off last night. And I expected more to come from their dropping the clue!!!! Did they have to go back for it?

I didn't expect to like the Connecticut marathoning family with the two kids quite so much. They were damn strong and had good healthy attitudes about both racing/competition and family interaction.

Also liked The Aiello family -- I think it was, the father and three sons-in-law -- as well as the Black family. Both were not only likeable but had the feel of successful relationships.

As for strategy... always, always get your hands on a good map as early as possible, even if you have to take extra time to do it. Missing your destination will lose you a lot more time....

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I hate Tom Delay. My Christmas presents to my family this year include donations to the guy running against him.

Art Crawl!!!

That comment about southerners from TAR was definitely made by the Louisiana family as a way that people would underestimate them, because others believe that.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Is it Christmas already?

An indictment! It's beautiful! I'm just speechless. It's too much... No, no it isn't. It's just exactly right.

I feel like running up and down the hall hugging people.

My boss is out of the office at an outreach clinic all this week; I give him about five minutes before he calls me on his cell phone, babbling with excitement. If I don't hear from him in ten, I'd better call him.

Have I mentioned that I love my boss?

Punishingly Intricate

I think it was the same woman who
didn't know that Pennsylvania was a state

I was kind of watching off and on (skimming I guess) but I thought she meant that she didn't know if the instructions were telling them to go to Pennsylvania the state as opposed "Pennsylvania -- someplace in NY or NJ (like Penn station) or something. I guess I wanted to give her the benefit o' the doubt because of the dead husband.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Tom Delay has been indicted

Awwwww, an early birthday gift for me. Maybe for Christmas someone will give me a presidential impeachment!

C'mon. Pool your nickles.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

DeLay has also announced he'll step down as majority leader, according to the radio here.

Man, it couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

Tom Delay has been indicted

Ronnie Earle's office is just down the street. I might have to wander down there to shake his hand.
