I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

starting the day off at a funeral, not the best thing ever. ugh. Now at work.

I know someone who is going to be on the tech staff of Colbert's show. He said he'd look into getting me tickets if there is gonna be an audience. WHEE!

I missed the first 20 min of TAR last night, but the rest is on my DVR waiting for me. I didn't watch and went to bed at 9:30 instead.

Speaking of TAR, does anybody remember which family it was that made the I don't think Southerners are very smart comment?

My Southerner girlfriend wants to know for sure, so she can root for their swift demise.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Sean, I'm pretty sure that comment was self-effacing -- it was one of the Louisiana families saying that people don't think Southerners are very smart.

Oh! Thanks, Jessica! That changes things a bit. We both heard the comment, but neither of us was quite looking at the screen when it happened, so we couldn't tell for sure who it was.

We just knew it wasn't the Black family (caught the screen quick enough to tell that), and it wasn't the Bronxers (from the accents).

Of course, I think it was the same woman who didn't know that Pennsylvania was a state, so it may have been spoken more ironically than it was intended.

not the best thing ever.

Understatement.

I wish everyone would stop commenting about oh look! new person in office! Why didn't you move next door?!

BECAUSE I DIDN'T FUCKOS.

Let's see, politically, I should have. But I was asked to make the decision quickly, and when I wasn't all there. So the fact I'd already moved just last year and that I'd rather share an office with one new person rather than two kinda dominated it. Let's move on already.
