Zoe: Planet's coming up a mite fast. Wash: That's just cause, I'm going down too quick. Likely crash and kill us all. Mal: Well, that happens, let me know.

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

That sounds very fun, Robin.

Yay for drunk meara posting.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Carolla? (OKay, not them, but their wives.) I am amused.

Also tired. I need to put down the grading and go to bed.

Drunk meara posting is very cute...and I like the party theme.

I could be putting in my two cents about a new thread title, but they are all good.

Sephora.com will finally ship to an APO address...but they won't take a credit card with an APO billing address. Fuckers. How can I even pretend to be a hip chick without Smashbox?

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

3rd viewing of Serenity.

I really like that movie.

out with friends - We are hopeing the 10 year old won't have nightmares. He has seen scarier movies, but Reveers are the scariest thing in the 'verse.

Burrell can tell her DH that hip chicks talk about babies. It must be true , because even thought I don't have any - I like the baby talk.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Anyone know the ASL for berserk?

Raq, that blows. Obviously, you need to steal a credit card with a non-APO address attached.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Raq, that does, indeed blow. I do love Smashbox Photofinish.

I'm still clinging to my hipness by a slender thread, I swear!!

Absolutely. I wonder if my friends still have the info from my Hellbitch neighbor of a couple years ago. She owes me money, so I think she should buy my Sephora stuff.

Actually, I just moved one of my credit cards to the diplomatic pouch's address. A ludicrous use of that service, but desperate times.

Trust my rage

Raq, not sure if this still works, but when I've run into that situation in the past, I usually just put APO AE for the city and NY for the state. (i.e. APO AE, NY 09xxx) It was always approved for me. (I even shipped stuff with that address.)

I've done that also, but the thing about the Sephora online shopping site is that they've made the shipping address form APO-friendly (you enter the ZIP code and the State auto-populates with "Armed Forces AE"), but the billing form hasn't been revised to be the same.

Which makes me cranky, as it's sloppy web development.

Now to see if Sephora's one of those sites that requires the credit card billing address to be the same as the shipping address, unless "Gift" was selected....

I think I might have lost all my hipness though...Coldwater Creek is having 50% everything, and I'm looking at dresses and skirts there. (I went there to Xmas shop, really!)
