Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

So, people, when you come over and see that my house is not dusted, blame my therapist, not me.

Oh, that's much better than saying it's the maid's day off. I'm going to use that.

Cash, no worries. I had no trouble with the site. It looks like the Dankso Professional is reasonably affordable and would be good for his feet. I think I'm going to try to find somewhere around here that he can try them on first, just to be sure.

eta: x-posty goodness! Would have been at the same time, too, if it weren't for those meddling kids!

Deena, I was just scrolling down to recommend that exact shoe. Danskos are the fucking bomb. I just bought a new pair last week. So comfy for standing and walking a lot, and they last for ages.

Mostly lurking...

Yes! Feel free to use it. She would love to know that I am passing along the goodness of her wisdom.

Gronk.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Ugh. The baby and I are awake, in fact we just had a major snuggle session on the bed. But I so need coffee if this is really it and I am up for the day.

I went to the coffee shop and brought home two cups of coffee this morning. One was clearly not going to do it.

Brenda is wise.

Me too, Burrell, and my coffee maker is being super slow. I believe I just added nap to my afternoon schedule.

How are you and your cutie patatootie children, other than tired?

Naps are tricky for me these days since they require either one other parent or two sleeping babies.

The kids are doing well, thanks. Franny is eating tons and sleeping a lot, so I suspect this is a growth spurt. And Isaac seems to be teething. His voice has gone all throaty.

How can Isaac be old enough to be teething. That seems wrong.

Oh, thanks for the rec, Brenda.

I had a cup of coffee, and now I'm drinking a diet coke. It's only 10:36. Raq's DH wouldn't approve of me.

Snuggles on the bed are good. Being up before you're ready is... yuck, especially if it's more than once in a while. This baby business isn't for the faint of heart.

Wow, how very trite I can be when thumped in the head with perfectly common knowledge.
