Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

vw, I think we share a classmate. There is a woman in one of my classes that is dumb as a box of rocks. She doesn't know what a bill is (as in "duck:bill"). No, I'm not kidding.

We never get bribes from our database vendors.

She was a very nice goth, but the database she wants to sell us costs 75K (with the discount -- I asked her if it came with a pony. She looked confused, so I'm guessing she's not a regular here). Apparently, Thomson got the wrong idea when we bought the first part of the database for 100K last year.

If I could have a database pony it would be Lexis' digitized Serial Set.

We are buying the Serial Set, and I think we went with Lexis over Readex after MONTHS of arguing. So. Expensive.

We have the Readex, but not that much has been digitized, yet -- so, useless. If someone had asked me, I would have bought the Serial Set before the Making of Modern Law because only about 6 people use it.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Aimee, I so want that shirt too. In fact, I can think of at least one parent of an autistic person who would think it's hil-fuckin-larious.

Yay for Mg's mom being home.

Not-yay for non-sharing of cookies.
